1) Jeruel Industrial Company Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to alter or amend the Terms of Service and Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2) Jeruel Industrial Company Ltd. reserves the right to change fees, requirements, and benefits at any time.
3) Buyers shall be bound by all the terms and conditions contained herein and by all applicable laws in Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these terms and/or conditions shall be resolved at the sole discretion of Jeruel Industrial Company Ltd.
4) Jeruel reserves the right to decline applications, cancel, reissue, or withdraw any order at any time for any reason.
5) Buyer privileges may vary from time to time and are not tied to any designated timeline or event. Buyer benefits are subject to change without notice. Jeruel reserves all rights to determine membership privileges under any circumstances.
6) All sales are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Failure to collect your parcel from the local postal service, resulting in non-delivery of your order, will not be eligible for a refund.
7) Personal information provided by buyers must be true and accurate; otherwise, we may be unable to process your orders. Jeruel is not responsible for any delivery failures or postal delivery resulting from inaccurate data provided by buyers.
8) You may request correction or update of the personal data that Jeruel holds about you. To do so, please email info@kinato.com with the subject: 'Personal data updates.'
9) Jeruel respects your right to privacy and will not share your personal data with any third parties. Members' personal data will only be used for the operations of the Crystal Puzzle Shopify Store.
10) The Crystal Puzzle Shopify Store is solely owned by Jeruel Industrial Company Ltd.
11) All orders placed through the Crystal Puzzle Shopify Store will be delivered via postal service. Products cannot be obtained by in-person pickup or through any other online channel, wholesale, or retail stores.
12) Unauthorized use and/or duplication of any images without the express written permission of Jeruel Industrial Company Ltd. is strictly prohibited. Excerpts and links may be used provided that full and clear credit is given to 3dcrystalpuzzle.com, along with an appropriate and specific link to the original content. Jeruel Industrial Company Ltd. retains complete ownership of all images on 3dcrystalpuzzle.com and related sites. Any unauthorized use of our images violates our Terms of Service.
13) Failure to Collect and Refund Eligibility: The buyer acknowledges and agrees that it is their sole responsibility to collect the parcel from the designated local postal service or delivery location within the specified collection period communicated by the postal carrier. Failure to collect the parcel, resulting in non-delivery or return of the parcel to Jeruel, shall render the buyer ineligible to receive any refund, unless otherwise mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.
For the avoidance of doubt:

Jeruel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the buyer’s failure to collect the parcel in a timely manner.

Refunds shall not be granted on the basis of the buyer’s failure to retrieve the parcel from the designated postal service or delivery point.

The buyer must comply with all instructions and deadlines provided for parcel collection.

This clause does not affect the buyer’s statutory rights where applicable laws require refunds or other remedies in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect goods.

If the parcel is returned to Jeruel due to the buyer’s failure to collect, Jeruel reserves the right to charge additional fees for re-delivery or reshipment, or to cancel the order entirely without obligation to refund.
By placing an order with 3dcrystalpuzzle.com, the buyer expressly agrees to these terms regarding parcel collection and refund eligibility.
