Taxes & Tariffs

• Taxes and tariffs are not included in the order total.
• In addition to the order and shipping charges, you (or the recipient) may be required to pay additional duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country or the delivery service, during import processing and/or upon package delivery. These charges depend on the country and items selected. You (or the recipient) are responsible for all such additional charges. Please confirm the applicable customs, duty, tax, and importing regulations for the destination country before ordering.
  
• 3dcrystalpuzzle.com is not involved in customs clearance or fee collection. For payment-related questions, please contact your local carrier directly. If you receive instructions from your local post office or selected courier, please follow them accordingly. 
• Additional fees beyond customs may include VAT, consumption taxes, importation taxes, and extra shipping costs within the destination country. These fees vary depending on the destination country and product value. We recommend reviewing your country's import policies before placing an order. If you refuse to pay required duties or taxes and the package is returned, refunds or reshipments will not be possible.

Shipping Info

• Shipping fees allows us to get your order to you safely and quickly.
• Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
• All 3D Crystal Puzzle orders are shipped from Hong Kong. Delivery fees and times depend on the weight of your order and the distance from Hong Kong to the destination.
• All of our shipping options provides tracking. 
• Order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Delivery to Hong Kong and Macao

• Delivery to Hong Kong and Macao is shipped via SF Express, with a delivery time of 2-4 business days.
• The shipment is prepaid, so no payment is required upon delivery, and tracking information will be provided.

International Delivery 

• International deliveries (areas outside of Hong Kong and Macao) typically takes 7 to 28 calendar days, with most orders arriving within 2 weeks.
• International deliveries will be shipped via Hong Kong Post or SF Express.
• Delivery fees depend on the distance from Hong Kong to your destination.
• The shipment is prepaid, so no payment is required upon delivery, and tracking information will be provided.

Licensed Puzzles

• Due to licensing policies, licensed 3D Crystal Puzzle sold by Jeruel are only available to customers in certain regions. If your shopping cart includes a licensed puzzle and your shipping address is outside of the allowed region, you will not be able to complete the checkout process.
