Rules & Details for Instagram Giveaways

• Eligibility: 18+ and open worldwide (excluding prohibited regions*).
• Winner Selection: A random draw will be conducted from all valid entries on the end date that is written on the giveaway post. The number of winners is also written on the the giveaway post. 
• Prize for (March) giveaway: The winner may select one Toy Poodle 3D Crystal Puzzle in their preferred color, plus any Original 3D Crystal Puzzle available on our website (excluding licensed characters).
• Notification: Winners will be contacted via IG DM within 48 hours of closing.
• Claiming Prize: You must respond within 48 hours with proof of eligibility and a valid shipping address. Alternate winners if needed
• Privacy: To protect winner privacy, only initials and country will be shared on our Stories during shipping.
• Prohibited regions: Void where prohibited. This giveaway excludes residents of Hong Kong SAR, Quebec (CA), Russia, Turkey, Brazil, China, India, Belgium, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Poland, and any other jurisdiction where restricted by law.
• This giveaway is not affiliated with or sponsored by Instagram.
• We reserve the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or disqualify entries/participants at our sole discretion for any reason, including fraud or technical issues. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for technical problems, lost entries, damages, injuries, disputes, or claims arising from participation, prize acceptance, or use.
