Rules & Details for Instagram Giveaways
For July 31th Giveaway:
- Winner Selection: A random draw will be conducted from all valid entries on the end date August 10th.
- Number of Winners: 1 Big Winner and 10 Small Winners.
- Prize: The 1 Big Winner will receive 1 whole set of Crystal Puzzle Quby Tumbler Blind Box. The 10 Small Winners will receive 1 blind box of Crystal Puzzle Quby Tumbler Blind Box.
- Transparency Privacy: To promote giveaway transparency, we will show on our story proof of shipping.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Open worldwide, except for regions restricted by local laws, including:
- Hong Kong SAR, Quebec (Canada), Russia, Turkey, Brazil, Mainland China, India, Belgium, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Poland, and any other jurisdictions where prohibited by law.
- Winners will be notified via Instagram DM.
- Winners must respond within 48 hours and provide: A valid shipping address (including full name, phone number, postal code, and country) and their consent and agreement to terms.
- If no response is received within the specified time, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.
【Taxes & Customs】
- All local taxes, import duties, and customs fees incurred upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- If the winner does not accept this condition, we reserve the right to disqualify them and select an alternate winner.
【Additional Important Terms】
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
- We reserve the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway and disqualify any entries/participants at any time due to fraud, technical issues, or any other reasonable cause.
- By participating, entrants fully accept all of the above rules.

For March 20th Giveaway:
- Eligibility: 18+ and open worldwide (excluding prohibited regions*).
- Winner Selection: A random draw will be conducted from all valid entries on the end date April 6th.
- Number of Winners: 10 Winners.
- Prize: The winner may select one Toy Poodle 3D Crystal Puzzle in their preferred color, plus any Original 3D Crystal Puzzle available on our website (excluding licensed characters).
- Notification: Winners will be contacted via IG DM within 72 hours after drawing on April 6th.
- Claiming Prize: You must respond within 48 hours with proof of eligibility and a valid shipping address. Alternate winners will be selected if needed.
- Transparency Privacy: To promote giveaway transparency, we will show on our story proof of shipping.
- In the event you are selected as a winner, you must provide accurate delivery information, including your full address and contact details. Please be advised that all local taxes, duties, or customs tariffs imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If these terms are not acceptable, we reserve the right to disqualify your entry and select an alternative winner.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Prohibited regions: Void where prohibited. This giveaway excludes residents of Hong Kong SAR, Quebec (CA), Russia, Turkey, Brazil, China, India, Belgium, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Poland, and any other jurisdiction where restricted by law.
