If you happen to receive a 3D Crystal Puzzle with missing pieces, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We will do our best to locate the missing pieces and send them to you as soon as possible so that you can finish your puzzle. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable puzzle experience, and we will work hard to make sure that any missing pieces are quickly resolved.
 
We prioritize the quality of our puzzles and your overall experience. We stand behind our 3D Crystal Puzzles and guarantee that they will be 100% complete.
